PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive transfer material which realizes high speed lamination, is prevented from causing reticulation and realizes manufacture of a high quality color filter free from image defects. SOLUTION: In the photosensitive transfer material having a thermoplastic resin layer, an alkali-soluble intermediate layer and an alkali-soluble pigment- containing photosensitive resin layer in this order on a temporary support, the intermediate layer comprises a polymeric latex and the number of agglomerates of≥5μm particle diameter in the polymeric latex is <10 per 1,000 cm<SP>3</SP>.
