PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielding apparatus of a video integrated television image receiving apparatus and a shielding structure of a video apparatus which dispenses with a silicon steel plate of a large area and thereby can be reduced in cost, and which can also improve workability in mass production, by locating a shield plate formed of a silicon steel plate of a small area immediately above an audio control head of a recording and regeneration section. SOLUTION: A cover plate 7 in the upper portion of the audio control head 6 of the recording and regeneration section KS of the video apparatus is formed of a shield plate 8 of a small area which is formed of a silicon steel plate, or the cover plate 7 is covered with the shield plate 8.
