PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load sensor capable of improve a fixing structure between a main body part and a magnetic material part for increasing responsiveness and improving a magnetic circuit configuration of a magnetic circuit in an opened magnetic path for suppressing reduction of a change in an inductance for measurement of a load with high sensitiveness and high precision. SOLUTION: This load sensor is provided with a main body part 11 deformed by a load applied to a selected outside face, a plated film 14, which is brought into tight contact with the overall surface of the main body part 11 and formed of a magnetic material varying its magnetic characteristics according to the deformation generated in the main body part 11 by the applied load, a magnetic body yoke 12 connected to the plated film 14 for forming a closed magnetic path between the plated film 14 and itself, a coil 13 formed by winding a lead wire around the magnetic body yoke 12 and converting a change of a magnetic characteristic of the plated film 14 into an electrical inductance, and deformation measurement circuit parts (circuits 31-33) detecting a change of the inductance L complying with the deformation of the main body 11 for measuring deformation of the main body.
