PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission that operates a working vehicle by sending pressure oil to a forward/backward switching device even if an electromagnetic proportional valve fails. SOLUTION: Power from an engine 5 is transmitted to a hydraulic-clutch forward/backward switching device and a main transmission device, and then transmitted to a running device via a sub transmission device to run a vehicle. An electromagnetic proportional valve 121 that changes a connection feeling is put between a hydraulic control valve 111 controlling oil feed to the clutch and a pump port, and a switch valve 130 having a manual operation member 136 is connected in parallel to the valve 121.
