PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize reduction of the number of parts, simplification of structure, improvement in assemblability and parts replacement workability, and low cost. SOLUTION: A mounting board 12 of the rotary part is fixed to a sole plate 10 and a slip ring 13 is arranged in the inside. A cylindrical part 12a of the mounting board 12 of the rotary parts surrounding the slip ring 13 becomes a bearing inner race. A pan chassis 15 integrated with a bearing outer race 15a is circumscribed to a cylindrical part 12a through the rolling ball 14, and is equipped with a pan motor 16 for horizontal rotation and a gear train 17.
