PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure of fixing a seal member of a ball screw wherein the efficiency of the processing operation and assembling operation are simplified and improved the ball screws are mass-produced with stabled quality. SOLUTION: This structure of fixing seal member of a ball screw 1 includes a first hole 54 in the radial direction that penetrates to a stepped portion 34 for mounting a seal member placed on a nut opening end 32, and a second hole 56 in the radial direction of a seal member 50 corresponding to the first hole 54. A cylindrical anchor 70 having a slitting 72 on its leading end is inserted into the first and second holes 54 and 56, a pin member 62 is passed thorough the anchor 70, the anchor 70 whose slitting 72 is pushed and extended by the pin member 62 is attached to an inner wall of the second hole 56 and the seal member 50 is fixed.
