PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mine removing device capable working irrespective of the shape of a mine field and removing mines efficiently without the risk that the operator is exposed to a danger. SOLUTION: A cloth formed so as not to be destroyed by a blast of a mine is spread over a place where a mine is buried and is fixed by piles or a frame so as not to be blown off by the blast of mine explosion, and the mine is exploded between the cloth and the ground by dropping an object having a weight enough to cause the mine to explode from the sky over the cloth, and the splinters are collected.
