<p>This invention relates to a tea polyphenol buccal tablet for preventing and treating decayed tooth and to its preparing method. The tablet is prepared with the raw material including: 1-7 weight part of tea polyphenol, 25-45 weight part of xylitol, 20 40 weight part of mannitol, 15-25 weight part of beta-cyclodextrin, 7-12 weight part of natural food additive and 0.5-2 weight part of lubricant. Its preparation process includes grinding beta-cyclodextrin in water, adding tea polyphenol before further grinding into paste, low temperature drying, grinding xylitol, mannitol and natural food additive to 400-600 mesh, mixing the said material, and then mixing the mixture with alcohol, granulating, drying at temperature below 60 °C, mixing with lubricant and tableting. The present invention can solve the problem of insufficient in-mouth residence time so as to result in insufficient antibacterial effect in oral cavity which associated with the application of conventional dentifrice composition in the prior art, such as tooth paste, tooth liniment or mouthwash.</p> |
