PURPOSE: A method for coating the surface of aluminum vessel is provided, which not only beautifies the outer surface of the aluminum vessel, but also improves quality of product by transferring various patterns onto porcelain enamel layer formed on the outer surface of the container using mixture of glass powder and pigment. CONSTITUTION: In forming a porcelain enamel layer on the outer surface of an aluminum vessel at a calcination temperature of 550 deg.C, the method for coating the surface of aluminum vessel comprises first process of preparing a mixture by mixing glass powder with pigment in a mixing ratio of 70:40; second process of duplicating various patterns on a transfer paper(30) using the mixture prepared in the first process; third process of adhering the transfer paper on which patterns are duplicated using the mixture in the second process to a porcelain enamel layer(20) of the aluminum vessel(10) at a low temperature of 30 to 40 deg.C; and fourth process of forming the patterns on the porcelain enamel layer by calcining the transfer paper adhered aluminum vessel to a temperature of 550 deg.C again in the state that the transfer paper is adhered to the porcelain enamel layer of the outer surface of the aluminum vessel, thereby removing the transfer paper and transferring the mixture onto the porcelain enamel layer formed on the outer surface of the aluminum vessel.
