The invention relates to a vulcanised punch (1) whereby both punch 1 and punch 9 comprise a surface (5 and 10) which is provided with slightly projecting elements (6 and 11) which define the small mortises of the tile. Moreover, said projecting elements (6 and 11) are provided with numerous small cylindrical, prismatic, etc. geometric parts (7 and 12). Said parts (6 and 11) may or may not comprise a small projection (8 and 13), the base of which is connected to the aforementioned projecting elements (6 and 11). Said projecting elements (6 and 11) may or may not be aligned in rows and columns, thereby forming different dovetail or other mortise alignments on the tile which may be discontinuous and disposed in any regular or irregular manner.
