The error of a measurement system can be corrected even if the frequency of an input signal of a device under test is different from that of the output signal. A signal output acquiring section (62) acquires the power of the input signal by means of a power meter not shown in the drawing. Thus, errors Er1, Er2 due to frequency tracking can be separated depending on the direction in a signal flow graph. Since a receiver (TR) (26a) measures the S parameter concerning the received signal when a signal source (10) is directly connected to receiving means (20), the measurement system error factor Et of the receiving means (20) can be acquired. The S parameter of a DUT (2) can be measured while the error is corrected when the results of measurement, concerning the DUT (2), of a receiver (RS) (16a), a receiver (TS) (16b), and the receiver (TR) (26a) are combined.
