A preventive and/or therapeutic agent for sicknesses associated with endothelial disorder, sepsis, severe sepsis or septic shock and sicknesses associated with signals through TLR, which comprises as an active ingredient a 3-amino-1,2-benzisothiazole compound of the formula (I) or a derivative thereof: (I) wherein each of R<1>, R<2>, R<3> and R<4> represents hydrogen or a substituent.
