PURPOSE: Provided is a production method of casting clay with softness, plasticity and draw down property capable of using repeatedly unlike conventional clay by using wax as a main material, plasticizer, adhesive, emulsifier, etc. CONSTITUTION: The clay used in making figures is produced by the following steps of: melting 10-70wt.% of paraffin wax, 5-25wt.% of polyethylene glycol, 1-30wt.% of caster oil as a plasticizer, 0.1-10wt.% of surfactant as a emulsifier, and 0.1-10wt.% of sodium as a stabilizer by heating at 90deg.C; adding 5-40wt.% of polyester polyol for elasticity and hardness, and 5-30wt.% of polybutene as an adhesive; adding 20-65wt.% of calcium carbonate as a filler and an effective amount of pigment; and mixing homogeneously for 0.5-2hrs.
