A rotor structure (5) is attached to a carrier (4). The rotor includes a second rotor structure attached to the carrier, and electrically isolated form the first rotor structure (5). The rotor structures may have the same geometry, and be printed on opposite sides of the carrier, which is preferably a circuit board.
