This invention discloses a flyover and, more particularly, a flyover for express ways and urban roads. The flyover according to this invention which is of semi-sink internal circle type, comprises a longitudinal road (3), a transverse road (4), an upper circle road (2) and a lower circle road (1) and the four roads have a difference in the vertical direction. One of said roads is based on the ground. The flyover can be used in construction of roads and some urban roads. Its object is to provide a flyover taking up less land and there is no intersection in any two running directions.
