PURPOSE: Provided are a rush mat which is used in all seasons, improves recovery of fatigue, and gives health-giving effects, and a preparation method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The rush mat is characterized by comprising a cushioning material having a plurality of inter-spaced localized grooves on the top side thereof; a skin material formed on the top side of the cushioning material; a bottom material attached to the base plane of the cushioning material; and a plurality of localized materials joined respectively to the localized grooves. The rush mat comprises additionally an electromagnetic wave shielding plate(200) and an electric flooring(300) as a heating unit.
