Foldable electronic equipment having thinned cases and capable of providing sufficient acoustic characteristics even if the internal space of the cases is reduced, wherein the first case (1) and the second case (2) are formed foldable about a bearing part (3), sound radiating holes (8) and (6) opposed to each other are formed on the front and rear sides of one of the first and second cases ((1) or (2)), a speaker (7) is installed on the one case ((1) or (2)) at the position of the sound radiating holes (8) and (6), and a through-hole (9) is formed on the front side of the other case ((2) or (1)) at a position opposed to the sound radiating hole (8) when the first and second cases (1) and (2) are folded up to each other.
