CONSTRUCTION JOINT

The joint (1) is to be placed between two construction elements (5). It is essentially comprised of a profiled section which is made of a thermoplastic material and which has two portions (2) bearing upon the two construction elements and being embodied in such a way that they can bear external loads that are occasionally exerted on the construction elements, in addition to a deformable portion (3) extending between the two bearing portions enabling a relative movement to occur between said two construction elements. Each bearing portion (2) has an upper surface (8) extending into the continuity of a rolling surface of the construction elements.
