PURPOSE: Two-stage armrest structure of a console for a vehicle is provided to decrease the weight of products and expenses by reducing the number of parts with integrally forming the lower armrest through injection blow molding, and to improve the appearance by removing the parting line of the assembling portion. CONSTITUTION: A two-stage armrest(110) is composed of a lower armrest(114) installed in the upper part of a console(120) of a vehicle to contain the small article, and an upper armrest(112) placed on the lower armrest. A lower part(114a) and a side wall part(114b) of the lower armrest are integrally formed by injection molding. A hollow is formed longitudinally inside the side wall part with injection blow molding. The weight and cost are reduced by reducing parts with integrally forming the lower armrest through injection blow molding.
