PURPOSE: Provided is an inorganic coagulant being capable of preventing oxidation of Fe¬+2 to Fe¬+3, thereby increasing chromaticity removal efficiency at low cost. CONSTITUTION: The coagulant is prepared by mixing a first material including Mg¬+2 and Ca¬+2, and a second material including Fe¬+2 at a mixing ratio of 50:50, wherein the first material contains 1-14% of NaCl, 1-25% of MgCl2, and 1-25% of MgSO4, and the second material contains FeCl2 or FeSO4 by 5-50%.
