PURPOSE: A system and a method for verifying a foundation capability using the Internet are provided to reduce a probability for the foundation failure of a preliminary founder and to offer the foundation information efficiently by naturally obtaining overall information needed for the foundation through a process for answering to a problem for the latest information of each field. CONSTITUTION: An information communication terminal(10) enables a user to input and output the information related to the foundation. An operation database(32) stores the information needed to operate a site. A problem database(32) stores a subjective or objective problem presented for each field in order to test a business qualification of a user. A foundation verification server(30) presents the problems through the Internet(20) by comparing and analyzing the information stored in the databases, calculates the profitability by comparing and analyzing an investment ratio of a right and a wrong answer user, and manages overall operation for distributing cyber money according to the profitability.
