PURPOSE: Reinforcing structure of a suspension for a vehicle is provided to absorb and distribute vibration and noise from the suspension by connecting an upper suspension reinforcement to a suspension housing and the upper part of a cowl panel, and to prevent inclination of the vehicle by improving safety at a head-on collision with lateral structure. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing structure of a suspension comprises an upper suspension panel(102) composed of a suspension through hole in the upper part and a bent part at the side, and installed at the side of an engine room; a suspension housing(100) formed in the lower part of the upper suspension panel to shut off the suspension and the internal engine room; a cowl panel(170) placed in the rear part of the suspension housing and connected to a front window; and an upper suspension reinforcement(150) inserted to the hole of the upper suspension panel and combined with the upper part of the cowl panel.
