The textile cover (13) is fixed to two lateral bars (11, 12), curved in order to form a combined seat and backrest (10). Two u-shaped combinations of legs and armrests (20) are joined with three transversal bars (21, 22, 23) positioned at the appropriate places. After assembly the cover (13) is tensioned with one or two transversal bars with folding outer ends, engaging in matching recesses or swiveled back when the chair (1) is disassembled for storage.
