摘要 Method for programming the movement of a robot arm or handling unit (1) that is used to move a machining tool along a contour of a workpiece (4). Commands for process movement are calculated using design dimensions for the workpiece and the handling unit is programmed accordingly. Process movement commands are also generated taking into account condition data relating to the workpiece, e.g. temperature and or material data. The invention also relates to a corresponding computer program for method implementation.
