<p>A transmission method of real time data is controlled according to the communication quality. A streaming transmission application checks quality of the Bluetooth link via HCI. In response to lowering the quality, the compression ratio upon coding the streaming data is increased and the transmission packet size is reduced. Before starting transmission of the next packet, the retransmission time for transmitting the preceding packet is increased and accordingly, it is possible to realize streaming in which reproduced sound is hardly interrupted. Since the buffer of the reception side may be small, the delay between the data transmission and the reception/reproduction is small.</p> |
