The reflex hammer (1) has a handle (20) at the end of which a head (30) with two striking parts (31,34) attached via receiving bodies (32,33). One striking part (31) ends in a linear flat-headed section (31.1), while the other striking part ends in a pointed head section (34.1). The orientation of the linear head section can be twisted about the longitudinal axis of the head to different angular position and fixed at the desired rotation position. A functional element such as an illumination unit with a power supply and light source may be provided within the head cavity.
