The invention relates to a distribution pump for a fluid product with manual operation, comprising a pump body (10) with a pump chamber (20). Said pump chamber (20) is defined between an inlet check valve (30) and an outlet check valve (40) with a piston (50) running in said pump body (10), between a rest position and a distribution position, for distribution of the product contained in the pump chamber. Said piston (50) is connected, particularly in a monobloc manner, to an operating shaft (60), comprising an ejection channel (65). The inlet non-return valve (31) comprises a non-return valve element (31) which may be displaced within the body of the pump (10) and which cooperates with said pump body (10) or an element fixed to said pump body to define the opening and closing positions for said inlet non-return valve (30). Said outlet non-return valve (40) comprises an outlet non-return valve element (41) which may be displaced within the pump body (10) and cooperates with the operating shaft (60) or an element fixed to said operating shaft to define the opening and closing positions of said outlet non-return valve (40), characterized in that on operation said outlet non-return valve (40) is forced to the closed position thereof by the pressure of the product contained within the pump chamber (20). The outlet non-return valve element (41) is displaced towards the opening position of the outlet non-return valve (40) by said inlet non-return valve element (31) when the piston (50) arrives in the distribution position thereof.
