The onland hitch plow allows plowing on alternate sides. It has plowshares (34) mounted on a cross-beam (7) which is connected by two pivoting bars (4, 5) to a tow bar (3). The distance between the pivots (15, 17) on the tow bar is twice that of those (12, 14) on the cross-beam and is adjusted according to the rear wheelbase of the tractor.
