It is possible to provide an optical disc capable of arranging an area for recording disc unique identification information at a position not preventing increase of a recording capacity and not complicating the read out mechanism and processing. An identification information UID (Unique ID) recording area for recording disc unique information is arranged in an inner circumference with respect to the area which is divided into 16 sectors (Sector0 to Sector15).
