A holder for waste bags in a vehicle is folded from a one piece flat pressing with a hook (3.3) at one end and with grips for the open ends of the bags. The holder is bent into a Z-shape via two fold lines (4, 5) and is secured by a stamped grip tag (3.4) and by two self adhesive strips (6). The user is able to secure a stack on bags to the holder with the outer bag in the open position enabling the driver to deposit items without loosing concentration.
