Textile face floor covering modules bonded together with polymer moldings that may have T-shaped and other cross sections. The molding can be installed by hand and utilizing an installation apparatus that dispenses molding from a reel, positions the molding at abutting module interfaces, heats the molding to soften it, and presses it into a final position, imparting a desired surface texture.
