The carrier layer consists of elastic gauze (1) and a flexible base layer (3) and is integrated into the padding, which is formed out of a honeycomb-like arrangement of hexagonal neps (4-10). The neps are located at a specific distance from each other and are made of plastic foam. The base layer is made of rubber and penetrates the gauze, which is equipped with openings (2) to give it an elastic quality.
