The electric razor has a housing for an electric drive for cutting blades of a cutter head and a cutting head frame (3) held in a first position by a latching device and able to move to a second position relative to the blades against a stop and at a distance from the housing when the latching device is released. Releasing a second latching device allows the frame to be removed independently of being released by the first latching device.
