PURPOSE: A technology for recognizing and pronouncing a letter using a letter figure panel and a coordinates value is provided to write a letter regardless of language and to pronounce the written letter by recognizing a letter form as tracking the coordinates value of the letter on the figure panel, and displaying the recognized letter on an LCD screen as it is. CONSTITUTION: Two LCD panels have an absolute coordinates value on an X and Y axis. Each LCD panel comprises an upper and a lower panel, and the space between two panels is filled with material having an electronic field. The letter figure panel is a structure having a groove and is installed to one of the LCD panels. If the letter is written on the letter figure panel, the coordinates value of the letter is calculated on an operation device through an analog-digital converter by contacting with the lower LCD panel having the coordinates value. The tracked coordinate value is displayed on the upper LCD panel.
