The invention relates to the production of vitamin/mineral complexes used for preventing and curing. Said invention makes it possible to minimise consuming doses of vitamins and minerals in such a way that the demand of a human organism therein is satisfied. The invention also provides the ease of use of the complexes, decreases a labour coefficient and increases the storage time thereof. The inventive vitamin/mineral complex is made of three-five preparation forms having different compositions and intended to be taken separately. Each form contains the vitamins and minerals which are compatible from the point of view of assimilation and storage thereof. |
