The plug-in connector has a flat elongate body with a first end (11) fitted into the end of one hollow spacing profile (A) and a second end (12) fitted into the end of the second hollow spacing profile (B), its centre provided with at least one stop element (6,7), for limiting its penetration depth by cooperation with the spacing profile end face (C,D). The elongate body has a double T cross-section with its parallel arms cooperating with the inner surfaces of the spacing profiles, at least one of these arms having a recess for viewing of the end faces of the spacing profiles and allowing them to be thermically welded without melting the plastics plug-in connector. |
