PURPOSE: A fuel saving device is provided to achieve improved fuel combustion rate and reduce a fuel consumption by using a strong vortex flow. CONSTITUTION: A fuel saving device comprises a cylindrical main body, a plate having two or more permanent magnets, and one or more plates which are interconnected with each other at a predetermined spacing so as to form a tube. Thus-formed tubes are arranged consecutively, and a fluid is sucked into the gaps formed between the tubes so as to generate a strong vortex flow.
