PURPOSE: An automatic temperature control system for a vehicle is provided to reduce maintaining cost by allowing only an output control part or a communication unit of a troubling actuator which is modularized to be replaced. CONSTITUTION: A control system includes a control input part(200) including a temperature sensor(220), a car speed sensor(230), a solar radiation sensor(240), a sensor control part(250) converting signal sensed by the sensors into data, and a communication unit(270) transmitting data converted by the sensor control part; a main control part(300) calculating data received from the communication unit of the control input part, and generating corresponding output data to transmit to the output operation part(400) including a plurality of modularized actuator modules such as a mix door motor module(460), a blower motor module(470), a mode switching motor module(480) and an air conditioner compressor(490), including communication units(410,420,430) receiving data from the main control part, and output control parts(465,475,485) controlling output following data received by the communication units, respectively.
