PURPOSE: Provided is an ozone water and vapor generating apparatus with a compact size, being capable of generating ozone water and vapor with high efficiency and preventing ozone from being leaked out with not being dissolved into water, and further provided is a ozone water and vapor generating method and a cleaning apparatus using the same ozone water and vapor generating method and apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The ozone water and vapor generating apparatus comprises an ozone generator(1), an air pump(2) for compulsively transporting the generated ozone by applying compressed air to the ozone, a storage tank(3) having water up to a predetermined water level and to which the ozone is compulsively applied from the top thereof, and an ultrasonic generator(4) installed at the bottom of the storage tank(3) for generating ultrasonic so as to distribute water particles to the surface of the water. The method comprises the steps of generating ozone using an ozone generator, compulsively introducing the ozone into an upper space of a water tank, and distributing water particles from the bottom of the water tank to the surface of the water using an ultrasonic generator, so that ozone water and ozone vapor are formed by contact between the ozone and water particles. The cleaning apparatus comprises a water supply pipe(6) connected to the storage tank(3) and an ozone water showerhead(10) connected to an end of the water supply pipe(6).
