PURPOSE: A method for welding a carbon steel with a stainless steel by adding silicon is provided to rapidly weld the carbon steel to the stainless steel by generating an arc when performing a welding process. CONSTITUTION: When welding a carbon steel(2) to a stainless steel(1), glass silicon sealant is added to a welding part between the carbon steel(2) and the stainless steel(1) while generating an arc. In this case, the carbon steel(2) is prevented from being broken and the carbon steel(2) is securely welded to the stainless steel(1). That is, the carbon steel(2) is welded to the stainless steel(1) through an arc welding process in such a manner that the carbon steel(2) is rapidly welded to the stainless steel(1). Silicon(3) added to the welding part provides a sealing effect.
