The peach packaging comprises an upper and lower tray with respective outward pointing peripheral flanges. The flanges have corresponding projections and slots which interlock when the two sections of the packaging are brought together and prevent any relative translational or rotational movement between them. Two shoulders are provided on the upper and lower faces of the flanges to accommodate a sliding closure clip. Framework of dividers may be placed in the containers for separating the fruit and preventing mould from spreading from one to another. |
