An assembly to treat water, and distribute on-board generated water supplies in an aircraft or land vehicle or sea vessels, has a combined process with a high temperature fuel cell and a turbine. A reformer process is integrated into the fuel cell to be operated by its heat, using a hydrocarbon fuel, and a dosage feed of raw and fresh water.
