<p>The vehicle seat belt has body and lap sections and has buckles which can be easily detached after an accident. The fixing pins can be dislodged by pulling on the belt, the length of the belt sections being adjustable by displacing buckle plates. If the user pulls on a slider to free if from the end of a removable fixing device, the pin can be dislodged from the buckle plate. The anchor assemblies of the belts can be released by depressing release tongues. The seat belt can be used for both adults and children, and is easily released in the event of an accident.</p> |
