PURPOSE: A method and a device for processing the on-line based stream on a kernel level are provided to process the stream, which is transmitted to a computer through an image device connected to the computer via on-line, on the kernel level. CONSTITUTION: An execution part(150) is various application programs executing the stream. A packet interpreter(160) confirms the stream of an object image device from the packet unit data inputted through a network interface(195), recombines the stream pictured or recorded by the image device according to an application header, and inputs it to a list queue of an stream analyzer(170). The stream analyzer(170) distinguishes the inputted stream by analyzing the application header cut off a header from a UDP(User Datagram Protocol) message, decompresses and converts each stream into a format fit to the WDM(Win 32 Driver Model) stream, and inputs it to the execution part(150).
