PURPOSE: A call forwarding device for a home shopping providing system and a call forwarding method therefor are provided to considerably reduce fee for a telephone call by automatically performing a call forwarding to an Internet network in a telephone office which sets a call when a home shopping use customer generates the call for buying goods. CONSTITUTION: An automatic call forwarding unit(102) converts a call path of a generated call so that a call path using an Internet network is set up in a telephone office(100), which performs a call setup to a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network), when the call is generated by a wired and wireless terminal(10). A forwarding state sensing unit(104) senses whether the automatic call forwarding unit(102) converts the call path of the generated call.
