INTELLIGENT ALTERNATING CURRENT SERVO CONTROL APPARATUS

PURPOSE: An intelligent alternating current servo control apparatus is provided to improve the control performance by using a pulse width modulation performed by a personal computer, a digital signal processor, and an intelligent method. CONSTITUTION: A pulse width modulation unit(100) is a device for converting analog values into digital values. The pulse width modulation unit(100) samples an analog signal with a predetermined interval to convert the sampled signal into a corresponding pulse width proportional to the sampled signal. The pulse width modulation unit(100) employs a state space voltage technique in which a switching time is determined according to eight switching states that are outputted from an inverter. In order to create a switching pattern, the pulse width modulation unit(100) selects two effective switching vectors approximate to a reference vector to determine a switching ON-OFF time.
