<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of waterproof boards which is used for interior and exterior materials, and Korean under-floor heating system(Ondol), and emits far infrared rays and anions by using waste fabrics and granite. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of boards comprises the steps of: (S1) removing impurities from old clothes and waste fabrics; (S2) cutting the fabrics; (S3) carrying the fabric pieces to a storing tank; (S4) storing the fabrics to the tank; (S5) carrying the fabrics quantitatively and discharging metallic materials from the fabrics; (S6) crushing the fabrics to a size of 1cm, and adding lightweight mesoporous materials and fillers for good forming; (S7) mixing uniformly and carrying the mixture to a feed bin; (S8) supplying the mixture to the feed bin to be a spread state; (S9) supplying fabrics with certain size and thickness to a preheated press; (S10) pressing 25cm thick fabric boards with supplying heat(180deg.C) to be 4cm thick fabric boards; (S11) applying far infrared heat of 600deg.C to the fabric boards; (S12) forming to form boards with a thickness according to demand; (S13) regulating the density of boards by micro-phase separation; (S14) coating 0.4mm thick polyester vinyl on the formed boards with a heat of 600deg.C; (S15) spraying granite powder(0.1-0.5micrometer size) on the polyester vinyl of 130deg.C; (S16) compressing to attach granite to the boards; (S17) cooling; and (S19) cutting.</p> |
