PURPOSE: A chaff pulverizer is provided to substantially improve pulverizing efficiency by pressing and pulverizing rice hulls having large grain size supplied from hopper using reciprocal frictional force of millstone type upper and lower pulverizing rollers and to reduce maintenance cost by using the pulverizing rollers semipermanently. CONSTITUTION: The chaff pulverizer comprises a power generation part comprising driving motor and speed reducer; a hopper for storing rice hulls; an upper pulverizing roller(30) which is connected to the speed reducer through belt, and to which discharge port of connection pipe for reciprocally connecting chaff injection port(31) formed at one side of the upper surface of the upper pulverizing roller(30) to the hopper is integrally fixed; a lower pulverizing roller(40) coaxially installed with being spaced apart from the upper pulverizing roller; and a fixing means in which rotation shaft(51) passes through the upper and lower pulverizing rollers, and which rotationally fixes and supports the upper pulverizing roller for the lower pulverizing roller, wherein the connection pipe is bent in the same direction as rotational direction of the upper pulverizing roller to prevent backflow of rice hulls for the chaff injection port, and wherein the fixing means comprises ball bearing(52), tapered roller bearing(53), foreign material preventing cap(54) and second boss(40a).
