VIBRATIONAL TOOL CARRYING SPHERE FOR FINGER-PRESSURE TREATMENT OF MATTRESS AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are a press sphere attached to a finger-pressure treatment mattress to treat both of curved region and flat region of human body and a vibrational tool carrying the sphere to give enhanced massage performance. CONSTITUTION: The sphere(7) is prepared by mixing fine bio-ceramic powders and natural jade component with plasticizer and pigment then injecting the mixture into an artificial jade particle having diameter of 8mm and thickness of 5mm. The sphere is filled in an insertion groove(11) of a carrying frame then compressed under heat to form a particular mattress for finger-pressure treatment of foot. The vibrational tool includes a foot mat and a sphere carrying frame formed with a number of insertion grooves(11). The finger-pressure mattress is formed with a curved press sphere matched with the curved region of the human body and a plurality of protrusions having a dimension corresponding to the dimension of the spheres(7).
