PURPOSE: A device for preheating washer liquid for a vehicle is provided to easily remove frost from a windshield glass at low temperature, and to prevent the freezing of the windshield glass. CONSTITUTION: A device for preheating washer liquid is composed of a washer liquid tank(10) storing the washer liquid, a washer liquid supply line(30) supplying the washer liquid to injection nozzles(20), and a heat exchanging line(50). The heat exchanging line connects the washer liquid tank to the washer liquid supply line, and is installed at the outer surface of a radiator(40).
